So, there where the ventilation supplies fresh air and not where the air is extracted in the wet rooms? Do you have a lot of dust on the surfaces in the new building? More than before?

In the 4 bedrooms, the smell is not as noticeable and most fresh air comes in there. I would say we have relatively a lot of dust. Especially in the bathroom from the clothes from the dryer. But that has actually always been the case, even in our old apartment. Only, there wasn’t this musty smell. There are no teenagers yet. All are still under 5 years old and I could distinguish their smell. I haven’t measured CO2 yet, but I can’t imagine it being too high since the ventilation exchanges 150m3/h. Humidity is logged as mentioned, but I consider it unremarkable. It’s highest in the basement, currently about 55%. In the attic and ground floor about 42-45%.
I would have suspected by now that it is the fine dust from the house construction that is still spreading through the ventilation ducts. We ourselves had it for the first three years. A neighbor did too (increased dust in a fine, unusual form). Try to smell gypsum or concrete dust to see if you notice any similarities.
