The price is perfectly fine. What do you expect?

I don't know, that's why I posted the topic here.

So far, I have only had my information from calculations like those given on the Immoscout site, for example. Even if I take the approximate maximum amounts for water, sewage, electricity, etc. (we don't have gas) listed there, I don't come close to the €33,000.

I understand that the respective plot conditions and sizes always have to be taken into account here.

It was a bit hard for me to accept that you have to pay so much again for your own plot. I know that the earthworks and sewer installations are not cheap, and I am not trying to haggle. I just wanted to get opinions on whether anyone has experience with this method (purchase of agricultural land by the municipality and sale after development) and whether the approx. €48 for the development are justified.

It seemed too high to me, but I was proved wrong.

Are you sure that this is about the development of a plot of land and not about the internal development from the property boundary into the house? I think that might be where the misunderstanding lies.

I see it the same way as Alex, I believe it needs to be defined more precisely what is being talked about.

That's really dirt cheap. I paid 88€/sqm just for the development costs. 57€/sqm for the land and 5€/sqm as an advance payment for the manufacturing costs of the municipal utilities. So a total of 150€/sqm. In a small municipality with 6000 inhabitants, 30km from Nürnberg.

So you see, it's relatively transparent. There are certainly municipalities where the developed square meter costs 30€. But not mine and not yours.

I wonder what cost expectations you have. We also paid 40€/sqm for the external development. And that was normal. And yes: the internal development is to be seen independently of that. I have no idea about the procedure with the municipality etc.
