Hello everyone, I currently have a annoying problem going on and wanted to ask if anyone has a tip for me on how to handle this stress....I am the owner of a new house, into which I moved with my family 2 weeks ago. Now, to my dismay, I have to find out that defects have crept in here. The worst thing is that my floor is always damp and mold is slowly starting to form...What am I supposed to do now??

Hello Uschi, so I have never experienced something like that myself, but I can understand how you must feel... Have you contacted the company that did the flooring?? That really can't be acceptable....

But of course I called the company that installed the floor, but they say it is not their fault but the mason's... Yes, and then you try with them and they say it is not their fault either and just pass the blame back to others... So I still don't know who is responsible for it to this day....

Well, that's really stupid....Ok, so I would get a lawyer...He should take a look at everything and then he will decide what you still have to do.. Don't let your head hang....It's really shitty, of course, but unfortunately you have to get through it now....

Hello you two, so Uschi I unfortunately had the same problem as you and I can tell you that it really is a shitty feeling... You feel completely betrayed.... I can only recommend that you get a lawyer... I am very glad today that I had one who stood up for me like that.. Today I built again and everything is great.... Unfortunately, the whole thing also takes its time, but don't give up you can do it....

Ok thanks, it is already good to know that there are more people to whom something like this has happened and who have not let their heads hang... I will fight for our house even though it will certainly not be easy.....Thank you.....
