Thank you for the answers!!

Yes, I am already informed about heating out. Thank you.

I thought that through the pure brick a certain amount of moisture could already be released to the outside (if there is no VWS on it). Ok, so spring wouldn’t be a bad time for the interior plaster!

Do dehumidifiers make sense in your opinion? Or is airing completely sufficient?

We did it entirely by airing, but we took a total of 4 months to air.

OK 4 months after applying the interior plaster and screed, I assume, right? - during that time there is enough

We are also planning a mechanical ventilation system - this would also achieve the effect of airing, right?

Would be bad if not.

Plaster was done mid-January, screed end of February, in between electrical and heating. Tiling and painting end of April into May. Move-in at the end of May.

Ventilate at least 4 times a day, rather 6-8 times.

And the controlled residential ventilation only replaces this part once it is running.

When can you really rely on the weather nowadays? In general, that may be true, but hoping for a cool and dry spring could take years.

If you plan your house construction in a way that 2 or 4 weeks can throw you off track, you might as well forget it.

Always rushing, but no patience.

By the way, the spring of the last 5 years was always wonderful.
