Move the master bedroom upstairs

Do you really want to have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the bedroom? I would also rather move the kids all the way upstairs. If they eventually move out, you simply won't use the top floor anymore. I find leaving the middle floor empty suboptimal.

Are there any updates on your planning? Have you further developed it?

We have further developed you in detail. Every change again leads to a domino effect of necessary subsequent adjustments. We have increased the ceiling height on the ground floor by 20 cm. We slightly enlarged the kitchen corner after the discussion with the kitchen fitter and further developed the bathroom planning. All in all, except for the adjustment of the ceiling height, nothing earth-shattering. Next week we will submit the building application. Please keep your fingers crossed.

Can you show us the current planning?

You cannot see that on the current plans; compared to the original post, these are changes in the centimeter range. Mainly to create more space for (possibly) deviations that may occur during construction.

The ceiling height can only be seen in the plans by an additional step in the staircase from the ground floor to the upper floor.

OK, I understand. I thought the plans were well done and would have found it very interesting to see how they developed further. At the moment, I am busy reviewing good floor plans for my project. I find yours inspiring, as it stands out from the Bauhaus sameness.
