I'm already glad after reading around that we no longer have to build "in the valley"....

Hope the distances are maintained in the OP's case, because the gentlemen from the building authority really don’t like that at all

what kind of property is it where you can theoretically build your house up to 3 meters on all 4 sides? are we in Tokyo or what ^^
and of course, 3 m does not always apply. but it is a general statement, since it is included in all building regulations. however, the development plan can require more, which of course the builder knows.
