Just let them fill it in and that's fine. The drywall installer isn't finished yet anyway, as you can see.

It is not a thermal bridge - unless there somehow is a threaded rod leading into nowhere - and even then it would probably be negligible.

The wall is an exterior wall? It has to be plastered anyway to achieve airtightness in the first place.

Yes, the problem: there will be a drywall (pre-wall washbasin) and then I can no longer see whether the hole has been filled. At the moment, I am somewhat skeptical about the care taken, as I have already had to have a major defect repaired.

Are scaffold anchors completely passed through the structural wall???

That depends on the person performing it... and judging by how it looks here, it has been drilled through...
