Mint for the tea

we were in Morocco a few years ago and drank a great mint tea there. Now I would like to grow the mint here as well, who knows the variety and has experience with it?

You can already buy this mint here, I think it's called oriental mint here. But I'm afraid you won't get it through the winter in the garden, you'll have to dig it up and put it inside.
