Minimum plot size in our municipality is 1000sqm, planned this way to "preserve the village character"...is stated somewhere at the top right in the B plan
The operation has a size of about 2750 sqm, which lies within the development plan (and indeed quite a few sqm outside). Of these 2750 sqm we want 550 plus 450 meadow behind. The operation is to be preserved, the existing buildings are still being used. Somehow I can't upload the photo, but you can see it relatively well there.
Yes, completely clear. The development plan shows that the piece that is literally supposed to be your garden and even a part of the house lies outside the B-plan. Who owns the land / plot outside? (So the huge area west of the yard?)
The basis for the rejection is therefore clarified. It is no longer a released building plot.
