Hello everyone,
I am planning my terrace. I would like to keep it in the Mediterranean style. Do you have a few ideas that would highlight the Mediterranean a bit? Which stones can you recommend to me?
I am thankful for any tip!
Janni :)

we also had a terrace in the Mediterranean style... we had spotted, dark marble on the floor... oleander plants in large earth-brown pots... delicate white garden furniture... colorful tablecloths... we then also added a canopy, with lots of glass and black supporting elements... but I think that the plants, the earth-brown pots, and the marble simply contributed the most... wait, I'll quickly check for you what this marble is called... so we no longer live in this house (it was the former house of my parents), I haven't lived there for about 7 years... but when I compare well, then I am pretty sure that it was the "fior de mare" marble... I haven't read it yet, but I once saw while browsing through this page that something is said about Mediterranean style in [hausbautrends]

Hello jarni,

I would recommend marble slabs to you. Maybe you have space somewhere for a beautiful column. Oleander naturally also belongs to the Mediterranean style. I would take a look around in trade magazines. You will surely find something you like. I wish you much success with it. Let me hear from you again if you have something or if you have already come up with something.

Your terrace tips are great! :) Many thanks to all of you! In the meantime, I have checked out a few really beautiful marble slabs. The “Fior de Mare” also look great. However, I still haven’t been able to decide. The selection is just too large. Oleander is a must. It really looks like a vacation. I also read the article about Mediterranean house construction. There are some very interesting things included. Thank you very much! In my mind, my terrace is already taking on Mediterranean shapes. ;)
