It doesn’t show very well in the pictures, but the pavement is actually slightly sloped from the garage towards the street, and the rain has drained off well so far. However, there hasn’t been a downpour yet.

Otherwise, I am fully recovered again; after the operation it wasn't a big deal nowadays, just 3 small cuts and a very quick recovery time.
