Making a cold roof walkable with OSB - which battens to use as underlayment?

Hello everyone,

we plan to equip our cold roof with a floor made of OSB boards in order to use it as storage space. Now we have been advised to install a counter batten on the rafters so that the air can circulate better during insulation between the rafters.
Can anyone give us a tip on what dimensions the battens should have? 28x48, 40x60, ...?

Currently my advice: Take what you get ;) 2cm distance from the insulation is sufficient for air circulation. In practice, it will therefore be inexpensive battens 3x4. Distance with 15mm thick OSB practically about 40cm

And in your opinion, how far should the spacing be for 25mm plates?

Nail the tongue and groove on. Just like that, without counter battens. This allows some air to reach the insulation. It's also easier than working with the boards.

Create a gap to the insulation and use tongue and groove boards
