Hello,
I was actually hoping for answers like
"Rubble stone walls definitely / only if... / absolutely not insulated on the outside / inside" or
"Baseboard heating is nonsense for rubble stone houses / the best thing there is" or
"definitely put a plastic sheet on the floor"
Which once again confirms that the HBF is not a request concert

Regarding the sweetheart price: about 15 monthly salaries without extras.
What a secretiveness...
Ok - the average annual salary in early 2014 was €31,089 (of course it can be more or less for you). That means €31,089 ./.12 * 15 = €38,861 for a good location. Plus demolition costs and then rebuilding, absolutely recommended; if the location is really that important to you.
If you want to do minimal renovation on the property, this is most likely doomed to fail, since every job will lead to another. I understand the desire for a holiday home, but I don't understand why you want to "rush" then? I certainly wouldn't want to move into a construction site, probably smelling musty, during my scarce vacation.
There are cheaper alternatives
