Maintenance reserve - mandatory? From what age of the house?

Ok, today I received actual information. It was not "just the rest" set aside, but a reserve of one euro per year was formed according to ownership shares per share (thousandths). This was started last year. It's not much, but at least there seems to be a clear regulation and the matter has not completely disappeared within the community. An increase should probably be discussed at some point, but for now that is okay with me. What do you think?

I agree, that's okay and settled. Now you have to become the owner first, right?
