Main supplier wants 8000 €

So... for 70 meters above ground the supplier wants 1500 euros and alternatively for 40 meters above ground and 30 meters underground the supplier wants 8000 euros?

Do I understand that correctly?

That's how I understood it too - and at the same time not really understood, i.e. I was puzzled...
