Simply by spending time in other houses / show homes and focusing your attention on the feeling of well-being. We have noticed that many new hous#User feel "stuffy" as if you were in a Tupperware container.

During my many visits to the show homes, I also wondered about the indoor climate and why they don't simply ventilate extensively outside of visiting hours. Tupperware container is a good description, and somehow musty. For me and my husband, it was not so easy to understand that almost every salesperson wanted to convince us of the advantages of a ventilation system. However, there are also house building companies that build exclusively with ventilation systems and have described building by their competitors without ventilation systems as "untrustworthy."

However, we also met homeowners who had a controlled residential ventilation system (all stone houses). We experienced a great indoor climate, with the feeling of sitting outside in the fresh air without an open window, or the unpleasant smell of musty animals, food, and sweat – then you would have wished for an open window!

What I want to say is: with or without controlled residential ventilation, 1. it does not replace urgent airing and 2. you obviously have to be able to operate it correctly?!

We had way too many visitors in model homes to get a “pure” air climate feeling (movement, perfumes, etc.), not to mention that the houses are not lived in by people, plants, cooking, open terrace door, but instead constant opening of the front door – that’s not representative at all?! Likewise, you could also not test sound perception regarding the ventilation outlets there.
