Many posts in this forum revolve around the topic of house building, meaning everything that happens after successfully finding a plot of land. Often, the first challenge is to get a plot that meets the desired requirements.

We are interested in how you got your suitable building plot and what your experiences were with it? (Real estate agents, prefabricated house providers, banks, online portals, arranged within family / circle of friends)

We used a GmbH with an innovative process for this, which often creates threads and is always happy to assist with questions.

We cannot recommend them, they do too much advertising...

It's a pity that the issue of searching for land is not addressed here. We had hoped to gain an impression from the many experts here. We have some clients who are facing the challenge of finding a suitable plot of land and are grateful for our support. Perhaps there are also people on this platform who are facing the same challenge.

Thank you for the contribution, we gladly take up the suggestion.

That is true, but unfortunately there were no responses to this topic there.

.. but you don’t keep opening new threads on the same topic over and over, instead you rather push your own threads by trying to provide new impulses.

Online acquisition as a verified participant in a forum requires that you basically first earn trust. It helps to contribute your knowledge in relevant threads without putting yourself in the foreground. If you do that well enough and long enough, customer contacts will also arise. But not with the heavy-handed approach.

I rather don't believe that. A forum is not a marketplace. There is a very simple rule about selling here for free from me: Sell where people want to buy - e.g. at a marketplace or in a shop. And then say exactly what they get at what price. Vague babble in a forum looks unprofessional and scares off potential customers. That makes €5.80 for marketing advice. ;)

;) ... my experience in the somewhat specialized forum, where I am still active, is a bit different. There are indeed one or two contacts that arise. However, less because the specialist was necessarily seeking contact, but rather because their help in the threads was professional and that encourages inquiries ;). But fundamentally, I agree with you
