Looking for Kivik Tranas... no longer available :(

It took me a long time to decide on a sofa, this will be the first sofa purchase of my life! Several times I inquired at Ikea about Kivik (how to take it apart, which covers are available, do I have to order etc..) and then... finally I wanted to order my absolute favorite sofa KIVIK with TRANAS cover in brown... and then... I was informed "This cover has been discontinued." Oh no!! So, if anyone has a Kivik Tranas 2-seater sofa with chaise longue around Hanover to give away... please get in touch!

Have you ever tried to find only the covers on ebay, amazon or so (worldwide)? Then you could buy the sofa without covers new.

maybe you will find something if you google kivik sofa covers. Meanwhile, there are various providers offering sofa covers for Ikea models....

Thank you very much for the tip, I also ordered and received my covers over the big pond.

Unfortunately, the living room renovation still has to wait because I broke my leg 2 days before it started.
And now I really hope that Kivik won't be discontinued until I'm healthy again.
But I don't think so, since there are new covers.
