Looking for experiences regarding change of use!

I checked myself, but the resolution remains terrible. The cadastral excerpt says your building overhangs the street a bit at one corner (see attachment). The neighboring buildings apparently also do not maintain boundary distances – however, I cannot tell which buildings might be residential. Definitely take more photos. By the way, how did you actually get this tiny piece of land?

Hello! This is an outbuilding that belongs to my former farmhouse located on the opposite side of the street and which I did not sell. Right next door, on the same side of the street, my neighbor lives, so all around are inhabited houses. However, there apparently is no development plan in the conventional sense. You often encounter this kind of boundary building in these old villages. It would be too good to be true if I could use it as a small house, as mentioned above....
