I checked myself, but the resolution remains terrible. The cadastral excerpt says your building slightly overhangs the street at one corner (see attachment). The setback distances apparently are not maintained by the neighboring buildings either – however, I cannot tell which buildings might be residential. Definitely take more photos. By the way, how did you come by this tiny plot?
Hello! This is an outbuilding that belongs to my former farmhouse located on the opposite side of the street and which I did not sell. Right next door, on the same side of the street, my neighbor lives, so all around are inhabited houses. However, there apparently is no development plan in the conventional sense. You often encounter this kind of boundary building in these old villages. It would be too good to be true if I could use it as a small house, as mentioned above....
