Looking for drilling template AA-376810-1 for Ikea Faktum wall cabinet

In my Faktum wall cabinet, the drilling template AA-376810-1 for the door is unfortunately missing. Ikea is quite far away without a car, and so far I haven't found anything about it. The option to enlarge the PDF did not work. Maybe someone has a template that they can scan and email to me? I would be very grateful!
