Hello everyone,
we have purchased a plot of land on which a semi-detached house is to be attached to an existing semi-detached house. This largely rules out "catalogue products". So far, we have seriously dealt with three different developers and have already made significant progress with one of them. However, we will probably have to start over again, as the business report for this provider does not look good and there apparently has just been a rebranding.
About the property:
Solid construction semi-detached house, Kfw 70 standard, 7 x 12 m, to be attached to the existing one
1 1/2 storeys with basement and finished studio
Garage (also to be attached to the existing one) 4 x 7 m
A fixed price and a reasonably reliable completion date are desired.
We would be very grateful for any advice, provided it does not refer to the top two places in the Focus customer survey (the one with the park near Kaarst – inflexible and expensive; the other – see above). Feel free to contact me via private message.
Regards willicooper
