Looking for assembly tips for Ikea Metod base cabinets

I am currently planning an Ikea kitchen and have three questions about Metod base cabinets:

1. Can the base cabinets be placed only on Metod legs, or is wall mounting strictly necessary (e.g., with the IKEA support rail)? This is particularly problematic because one cabinet has to be placed fully in front of a tiled backsplash, and the others in front of a kind of drywall (tiled backsplash only from 800mm upwards).

2. How deep are the standard base cabinets; can I use countertops with a depth of 600mm (Ikea uses 635 mm deep countertops)?

3. I want to install 3 IKEA units (drawer cabinet, sink cabinet, cabinet for built-in oven) and a dishwasher (XXL with Vario hinge). Is there a specific order that should be followed?

1. It also works without a rail, 4 feet are always good.

2. Corpus 59 cm, rail 1 cm, front 1.6-1.8 cm

3. The dishwasher should preferably not be at the end of a row, otherwise a support panel for the countertop is needed.

So a 600mm deep countertop should work?

No. 59 cm 1.6 - 1.8 cm = 60.6 - 60.8 cm

What might be possible (assuming a straight wall): Place the countertop and do not push it all the way to the wall, but leave a gap of 1-1.5 cm. Then cover this gap, for example, with the Fixa wall trim.

But then I can no longer fix the countertop at the back to the strip of the base cabinets, can I?!
