Hello , we have not implemented the solution yet, currently all visitors come up the hill and ring the doorbell at the house, and that works better than expected. It is unclear whether we will implement the idea of an intercom at the entrance at all.
Funny anecdote about this: I once programmed a whole bunch of houses in a residential area including very expensive video intercom systems. The devices were mounted on super pretty concrete pillars at the respective property boundary facing the street. However, without exception, every guest only rings and then goes on to the front door located 5 meters away. Rumor has it that no person has ever been seen on the cameras. But the architect is still completely convinced of it to this day.
