Looking for a suitable doorbell for CAT 7 cable

I installed the Ring Doorbell wired at my front door. It was available for 39 € on Amazon a few months ago and it does what it is supposed to do. The original power adapter supplies 24 V, but it can also be operated with 12 V on a doorbell transformer. That is exactly how I connected it. Originally, I also wanted to power it via a network cable, but apparently the empty conduit from the utility room to the front door in the hallway ceiling is torn somewhere and I could no longer pull the network cable through, so I laid a doorbell wire from the attic to there. The app says the power supply is top, everyone is happy :) Whether I will ever spend the 3 € per month for permanent video recording, I cannot say yet.
