Other enclosures up to 150 cm high generally describe hedges. It is always unpleasant when formulations are so vague. However, the building authority will be able to provide corresponding information.

The terrace is planned level with the house and is at 911.90. That was the specified height from the development plan. The house is in places 1m higher than the actual property and accordingly also one meter higher than the adjacent path. The property slopes from 912 to 910 meters.
It is clear that gabions are not the most attractive. But I only see a chance in them because of other enclosures up to a height of 150 cm.
