Are these the effective interest rates? With the [Bausparvertrag] you first pay a horrendous closing fee, which is why many banks want to push it on you like that.

[Bausparvertrag] is always an option to be 110% secure.

But if you, for example, pay into the [Bausparvertrag] for over 20 years, it is often better to pay off the loan directly. With [Bausparvertrag] you will certainly get 0% interest, whereas you have to pay 1.3% interest for the loan. So it would be better to put the money that you are "saving" at 0% directly into repayment and reduce the loan directly with 1.3% interest.

Even though that is not the question:
My opinion of [Postbank] is not good... 15 years without problems in day-to-day business. Then I inquired about a loan to finance a piece of land. Received such an immoral offer, the following week I switched banks.

we need totals.

Basically always compare. That also means sometimes consulting an advisor and obtaining a counteroffer

How high is the rate? How high is the repayment? Sorry but don’t make me drag everything out of you with difficulty.

The remaining debt after 20 years is also important. From that, we find out whether it is the construct I mentioned, which really would not be good.
