Somehow I can't edit my post. I wanted to mention that the garden shed is to be placed next to the main house, so that we would also tap all the lines from there.

That is also my dream. I think that from a wall thickness of about 30 cm, the part is quite well insulated and also inhabitable in winter. You will probably plan for a wood-burning stove, won't you?

Hello "Bourbon", the post is from 2015, but I would still be interested to know what became of the construction project. I am now facing the same decision to build the Pineca house "Kopenhagen" in my parents' garden and use it as a year-round residence. Maybe there's still an answer

Hello Bassi1970,
your post is now several years old, but I still hope to receive an answer. I plan to live in the Pineca house Aura year-round.
What happened to your construction project?
Are you already living in it?

Thanks in advance!
Best regards

The original poster was last online in this forum in 2018. What was not answered back then, and very likely also caused him not to be able to realize his project, is that of course he needs a building permit, and furthermore not only garden land is sufficient, but the property must be designated as building land for permanent residence. Also, you cannot just tap into electricity anywhere somehow, but official connections are required, as well as ensured disposal. That eventually blows up the construction costs, which are not proportionate for a "garden house." So if there are specific questions about a specific project and plot, I would open a separate thread with the key data provided.
