here in the area the discussion is currently breaking out whether the species usage list attached to the development plan is binding for the entire private area. In my opinion, this only applies to the planting requirement in the private area from the green development plan. Because in the textual provisions, only the planting requirement, which is usually limited to individual deciduous trees, refers to the binding nature of the species usage list. Or does this fundamentally also apply to all other plants in the private area, including hedge planting?
