Spontaneously, I would most likely think of a kind of scissors like those found at the top of front doors with door closers (or in hospitals etc. on door holders).
Thank you for your answers. that actually looks like something, thanks for that. It also appears rather inconspicuous. yes, I had something like that in mind too. But it might come off as a bit too much, or like a hallway.
