Lime plaster 2-layer or lime-gypsum plaster

Hello,
we are facing the decision whether to use a 2-layer lime plaster for the interior plaster or a lime-gypsum plaster.
We have requested both in the tender, and the 2-layer lime plaster is about 4,000 to 4,500 EUR more expensive than the lime-gypsum plaster for approximately 470m².

Now the question is whether anyone has experience with lime plaster, or with both? Is the indoor climate really noticeably better?

We will also install a central ventilation system, which, for example, already reduces the risk of mold.
In addition, we want to wallpaper some walls (living room); does this reduce the effect of the lime plaster?

Hope someone can help us with the decision whether the additional cost is worth it for us.

The question has been asked here several times, in one way or another. has already written some interesting technical contributions here.

I can describe the difference between lime cement and gypsum in construction (we build with lime cement, acquaintances with gypsum). The construction with gypsum plaster felt much more oppressive and seemed somewhat more humid. Lime cement, on the other hand, seems to tend to form small cracks at material transitions (despite mesh) – we hadn’t seen that with our acquaintances – but it's not a big deal.

I don’t think you notice much of it later – meaning in terms of indoor climate; lime cement is probably more durable.
