Our (at least currently) preferred general contractor offers the Liaplan Ultra 09 with a wall thickness of 36.5 cm as an exterior wall in their standard program. Can anyone tell me something about this brick? I haven't found any experience reports.
These are the values of the brick:

Wall thickness cm 36.5
Brick type Standard brick
Length cm 24.8
Height cm 24.8
Strength class HBL 2
Bulk density class 0.50
Allowable wall compressive stress MN/m2 0.4
Thermal conductivity W/mK 0.09
U-value W/m2K 0.23
Sound insulation index R´w-BAU (dB) 51
Thermal capacity in kJ/m2K 182

For a small additional cost, I could get the Liaplan Ultra 08:

Wall thickness cm 36.5
Brick type Standard brick
Length cm 24.8
Height cm 24.8
Strength class HBL 2
Bulk density class 0.45
Allowable wall compressive stress MN/m2 0.4
Thermal conductivity W/mK 0.08
U-value W/m2K 0.21
Sound insulation index R´w-BAU (dB) 50
Thermal capacity in kJ/m2K 164

Can anyone say something about this? It is especially important to me that I don’t hear anything from the outside inside the house. For a significant additional cost, I could also get something completely different (e.g. KS+ETICS).

Sorry - but anyone who believes that they can still hear anything from outside with 36.5 AW + appropriate glazing is also messing with small children .... Rhineland greetings

Yes, alright.
What criteria should I then use for the stone? Just take what is included in the standard? Or is it purely about the energetic (i.e. U-value) values?

According to preference, desired efficiency class, and seismic zone

Ok, but that doesn’t make it any easier for me. I don’t have any preferences as of today. It just has to be properly usable when it comes to hanging pictures, etc. Energy efficiency class? Hmm, good question. We don’t really have earthquakes.... I had hoped that someone who is an expert or knowledgeable could tell me something about the values. Is it standard, good quality, bad, ...?

So if no one knows the stone, I would be happy if someone could say something about the values. Dunno what other (alternative) stones have for values. But now I'll start looking.
