Level the ground with an excavator

Our plot (840m², square shape) we want to level ourselves, as it only has a slight slope (height difference about 2m over 30m length). The question now is, which excavator is suitable for this (size, weight, bucket capacity)? After all, we want to complete the whole thing as quickly and efficiently as possible.
