LED recessed spotlight for 75mm diameter

We are currently planning our move-in. In our house, there are several openings for ceiling lighting in the reinforced concrete ceilings. We would like to install LED recessed spotlights.

The openings have a diameter of 75mm and are 50mm deep. Unfortunately, I cannot find recessed spotlights with this diameter in the specialized trade.

Does anyone have tips for me on how I can still install, for example, 68mm spotlights?

Wow - that's very compact. I know the 180 size from the big K as the minimum size, otherwise 250. From my perspective, there are only COB lights that sometimes reach these dimensions, but they also sometimes have external power supplies. And if your pots are already that small, I probably don't even need to ask about a transformer tunnel. Do you still have the option to run the cables to the pots all the way to the electrical cabinet? Then the power supply could be located there.
