LED party light is not working

I bought an LED party light with an E27 socket and wanted to install it in my ceiling spotlight in the party room. Unfortunately, the lamp does not light up and does not rotate either. I tested conventional incandescent bulbs with an E27 socket in this ceiling spotlight. These work. I also installed the LED party light for testing in another ceiling spotlight. Here, the LED party light works. Does anyone have an idea where the problem could be?

It could be that the foot contact in the socket is bent too far downward and thus does not reach the contact of the lamp.

Turn off the fuses. And bend the contact slightly upward with an (preferably) insulated object.
