Our prefabricated house provider states 12-14 weeks, Viebrockhaus advertises 3 months. So 6-8 weeks sounds very ambitious to me (layman's opinion).

There is apparently even a manufacturer, unfortunately I do not know the name, who advertises that the house is finished in one day and you can put the pizza in the oven that evening...
