Hello,

I want to run a few cables from the house to the prefabricated garage (the underground construction will start soon). For example, electricity, network, and KNX. On the one hand, I wonder how to get the cables out of the house (basement) (we are building a KfW40 house) and how to get them into the garage. Ideally, I would like to work with empty conduits.

- At the house: How do you get out without impairing the tightness and insulation?

- Into the garage: I ultimately come underground to the prefabricated garage. How do you then get the cables or empty conduits inside? The prefabricated garage (at least according to my idea) is completely finished and placed on the strip foundations.....

Multi-branch and Kabuflex.
Affordable simple wall penetrations and KG pipes.

You will surely get a multi-discipline house introduction anyway. You can go outside with the line right away. Then into the garage, empty conduits, if necessary, drill for them.

I thought that the multi-utility point was only for the network providers. The multi-utility connection also has a gas connection – I don't have gas. Can I misuse this connection? Then a duct goes out, if I understood you correctly. And I will have that buried and where exactly should it come out by the garage? Under the garage would be bad, because I wouldn't be able to access it anymore. So next to it. And then later, when the garage is built, drill holes in the side? Then the cables would be visible. How did you do it?

The multi-utility house entry basically consists of several empty conduits. We also do it in such a way that we go through the conduit where the gas connection would pass with the electrical cable into the garage.

Through the multi-utility connection, we have routed the following underground cables,
Garage 5x2.5mm2 (the roll tied to the fence)
Gate and pathway lighting 5x2.5mm2,
Garden sockets 5x2.5mm2,
Data cable 8x0.8mm2 for video and door opening.
Length estimated, +5m, cut off, rolled up and tied to the fence with a cable tie.
After construction, everything was completed and connected, it worked.
