Hello,
I just came across affordable plots of land here. There are about 30-40 of them. They are purely single-family building plots that border a nature reserve and have a view of three castles (old palaces).
I wanted to buy two of them with an area of about 1200 m² each.
First, I wanted to build a house there and second, a large garage. The total cost would be about 450,000 euros.
I wanted to fulfill my childhood dream and at the same time devote myself to a new hobby. The hobby is somewhat unusual; I wanted to buy a vintage car and restore it. I have always thought about a Corvette from 1956-1961, with 1959 being the best. I have collected many books and documents to date.
Now comes my question:
Since the plot is large enough, I could build a garage suitable for my purposes. Of course, 3 meters from the neighbor.
Garage size: width 12 meters, depth 10 meters, and height 4.5 meters with a driveway gate.
The height is because I need a lift, among other things.
Such a restoration would take 3-5 years; when I am finished, I would restore another model (Ford Mustang 1962, which is an awesome car).
What are the regulations for one or two plots like this? Would I even get a building permit for the garage, as it borders a nature reserve? Should I look for plots elsewhere? Should I first ask the building authority if everything is feasible, or should I save myself the trouble?
Do you have ideas and suggestions regarding this?
The plots have not been purchased yet but are already reserved for me. On one plot I would build the house, and on the other, the garage.
Thank you very much for your contributions
Regards
