Hello Milo,

thanks for the reminder...
There was indeed something.

Unfortunately, the house is not built yet.
Why? The development plan creation was delayed due to various expert reports that needed to be prepared, and the development of the building area is only now starting.

My plan is to start construction next year.
However, I have not yet made a decision on where and how the house will be built.
I like option 1 less and less because of the endlessly long driveway...
The trend is towards an adapted option 2.

I will report.

Best regards

Paule

Hi,

I will probably have exactly the same "problem" as you. My plans look exactly like your first plan so far.

I'm curious to see how things develop for you

Would you at least briefly explain the modern painting?

It is plot number 20 and the map is also oriented to the north. Therefore, the same challenges arise as for the OP.

The red lines seem to have shifted by one lane width, and the light area is probably supposed to be the building envelope - otherwise, it is more of a guessing puzzle.

A legend is also missing for me. Sorry, but the colored lines may be self-explanatory to you, who looks at them every day, but probably not to us at the moment. Otherwise, there would have been no inquiry.

In the meantime, I am searching for the long driveway of the former OP
