what exactly is a [Grundstücksanteil]?
Is it legally the case that I am only the owner of the property to a certain percentage, or only after 100% payment?
It sounds very negative to me. Google doesn't really provide any explanatory information... Thanks.

what exactly is a property share?

The sale price stated in the advertisement refers to the semi-detached house to be built incl. land. So if you sign the purchase contract, you are 100% owner of the property including the land; creditworthiness permitting.

Imagine you were on the other side; would you sell something without receiving the full purchase price in return? I am sure that in the case of the BT the notary contract and in the case of the GU the work contract or its payment terms will provide clarification about the ownership status.
