Land register entry vs. entry announcement

At the end of last year, my girlfriend and I bought a plot of land. Now we need an extract from the land register for the banks to finance the house. Does one have to specifically request this extract from the land register, or should it be provided when purchasing the plot of land? Or is it equivalent to the registration announcement, on which the plot of land is also listed?

If the bank needs a land register excerpt, then give the authorization, it should retrieve it online. It works for registered users, precisely banks or financiers. It says something about 8 euros, but I guess banks pay a flat rate anyway.

I have asked the financier to send us the excerpt so that we also have it in our records and costs are saved.

You should have received the land register excerpt. The registration notice for changes in the land register (e.g. change of ownership or entry of a land charge) should initially suffice for the bank, provided the inventory list is included.
