Oh and these prices even though this place isn’t even connected to the regional city bus. Actually a joke..Well. Not so great €315/sqm and plots max 250 sqm in size. We could have bought 2 next to each other, but after I looked at these plots again on site, they were also in the shade due to existing buildings (despite southern orientation)! So we wouldn’t have any advantages if we took the plot. So we are sticking with our plot now
