Hello, we are currently looking for a suitable plot of land. We have already agreed that we want to build in this new residential area. However, we could use some tips regarding the choice of the plot. Specifically, it is initially only about the area (shape, size, price, etc.). The link contains the development plan for the residential area. At the moment, we have 3 favorites which I do not want to name yet so that you remain unbiased. In terms of price, they are all more or less within the range. Please also note that 4 plots have already been sold. So, thank you in advance and I hope for good tips from you.:D

The link is missing, moreover I don’t even know if it is allowed here at all.

Aside from the missing link... Your preferred house or house type should fit, not my house or our house. Also, everyone has a different lifestyle... if you have three kids, proximity to a playground makes sense; if you love the sun, then a plot with a south-facing orientation is suitable. If you like living outwardly, basically don’t mind being looked into the cooking pot or onto the couch, then a north-facing orientation is suitable ;) A small plot can sometimes be more idyllic and cozy, if the location is right, than a larger one in the middle.

So: without info about you and without a link, no advice can be given to you.

P.s. why use a (forbidden) link when a Jpg works?!

Since it is a small place, the location of the playgrounds, etc. does not matter. We have decided to build there. Our house should later have a nice garden + terrace, so the plot should not be too small. South orientation is, of course, a must. We have imagined a living area of 130m²-150m². Additionally, of course, a garage. Hope the few pieces of information are enough for now.

You still haven't understood that linking violates the terms and conditions. The link will be deleted by an admin. Besides, you can't do anything with it, or where did you hide the site plan? Are we supposed to search through it now?? The development plan does not show the numbering anyway :(
