On the topic: In big cities, an apartment should nowadays even be sold without photos. Homestaging itself serves to visibly increase the value of the property. And of course, to make it appear attractive to the potential buyer. However, every seeker is to blame these days for rejecting properties just because a door creaks or the bathroom has no window. I have done homestaging myself, but I currently do not consider this marketing necessary.

In other words, to a person who has just wandered in the desert for a week, you can give water even from the rusty bucket, they will kiss your feet - the crystal glass is unnecessary, not to say wasteful...
