Land filling

Good evening, since our property is located on a slight slope, I wanted to inquire here if anyone has experience regarding what a possible soil elevation entails for the planning of a prefabricated house? Unfortunately, I have not been able to find anything concrete in this regard on what amount one should expect.

That can cost from [to], depending on - who offers it to you - how high it needs to be built up and compacted in layers or how many tons need to be added - what it is filled with - whether, for example, it should be secured with angle stones or watered down - what the current order situation looks like - etc

we faced the same question at the beginning.

Our plot is 15 x 25 m "large" and slopes down a total of 2.2m on the long side.

Catching and filling up (2m on the south side, decreasing to the west and east up to street level in the north) with mineral would have cost us a measly EUR 60,000.00 with concrete walls.

Therefore, we refrained from that and only had our terrace filled up.
