Laminated flooring installation price for sanding the floor, leveling, and laying

Hello everyone,
I need your opinion.
I have 70sqm in four rooms and a hallway to cover. I have already bought laminate and baseboards.
I have now received an offer of 2000 EUR for the following work including material:
1. Sanding the floor as there are still adhesive residues (carpet/tiles) on it.
2. Leveling the floor with leveling compound.
3. Applying an insulation mat.
4. Laying laminate.
5. Installing baseboards.
Is this overpriced, or a good or normal price?

If you buy laminate at Laminathaus, laying it often costs only 10 euros per m2.

Shitty work to remove adhesive residues. Smooth filling certainly isn't done in half an hour either.

We had an offer of 15 Eur per sqm on finished ground. For finished parquet, though, but it shouldn’t make a difference. Skirting board 4 Eur per m.

28.50 per sqm. Does that probably include the leveling compound, the machine, the insulation mat? It is still a very reasonable price for the craftsman. What is the market situation? Do you have alternatives? K.

Solid surcharge for foreign materials. Get more quotes, but it probably won't be cheaper by any significant margin...
