Can you recommend Niederberg without reservation? As far as I have seen, there are currently only semi-detached houses in section 3. In itself quite interesting, but I have no experience regarding the sound insulation there. You do hear horror stories sometimes.

Niederberg is really a great place to live. In the 3rd construction phase, only remnants from developers remain. For every "normal" plot, there were 2-3 interested parties at the sales start. After 10 minutes, all plots that are free of developers were reserved (and then sold). There are almost no restrictions in the development plan, so a lot is possible. There will be a fourth construction phase, sales probably at the end of 2015. The plots are also located further away from the main road. However, the speed limit there will be adjusted from 70 to 50, which is a good thing.
