As I understood the construction planner, 0.4 applies here but at least 3m for up to two exterior walls, as described in the second section of the screen. But it's not about the distance for me (I really see that as the construction planner's task to have the appropriate view), but more about the best possible option to raise the knee wall in the north.

4 min??? However, 0.4 may also apply, then it can work with the 3 m. But then the ridge must not be higher! Is there a regulation that garages must have the same roof pitch as the house?

I already suspected that. 0.4

Without a drawing or the corresponding views, one cannot say anything about the variants here. That is the planner’s task.

I will speak with the planner again next week to see if he can draw the variants for me. Thank you.

Shouldn't be a problem in CAD. It's also important for you to see how the result looks.

short addendum:

We have now adjusted the plan and raised it by a few rows of bricks.

    [*]Dormer is therefore omitted
[*]Windows on the north side can now optionally be used as balcony doors (roller shutter box also possible)
[*]Optionally, a balcony in north/west location can be used
[*]The transfer of setback distances increased only slightly. (max. 24cm of transferred distance)

I am very satisfied with the sections and will submit the plan as is to the district office.
