A 4th option that occurred to me:

[*]Different roof pitches: Stay at 22° in the south / For example 18° in the north

Any experts here who have an opinion on the 4 variants? Thanks!

If you respond to inquiries like this "Katasterauszug liegt vor." you should think about why there are no answers here.

I would have expected a cadastral excerpt here. Preferably with at least one reference measurement.

Have the planner present the variants and then show us the ones to choose from.

I would not want to see different slopes here.

I am a layperson, I am sorry. I only answered your question. If the excerpt is helpful, then very gladly. I hope I did not cut out too much.
I was not aware that it is helpful.

Before I spend more money on the planner, I wanted a second opinion from people with experience.

Here in BY, the distance areas are 1/2 H. That means with a wall height of 7.25 m, the distance is 3.625 m. You will have to chamfer to maintain the distance. Somehow, in my opinion, the actual distance has already been undershot??

it is actually already (slightly) undershot. The neighbors have also already signed a setback area takeover of 17cm for me. To me, it looks as if, generally, a 3m line may simply be established at the boundary. And the height of the house can be neglected in this case. Our municipality has its own statute for this (screen)

0.7 is then even worse. 7.25 * 0.7 is then 5.075 m distance. The 3 m are minimum dimensions, not maximum dimensions. Except if something else is stated in the [Bebauungsplan].
