In the Bremen area, I have seen many beautiful plastered facades (many with stucco, from the Gründerzeit), also in Oldenburg and Holstein. So definitely more clinker than in the Rhine Valley, but not only that. At least not in the sense of "North - only genuine with clinker"; the country doctor's house in "Deekelsen" is also plastered white, with a dark green doorBut already in the 19th century, more and more plastered facades appeared, [...] Thus, clinker brick is indeed common here, but not the only one out there.
