Hello everyone,

The KFW informed me today that the disbursed loan amount from IBSH or KFW Bank may only be used for invoices from the developer that are intended for energy-efficient construction. I have already found out, for example, that earthworks are not included. But what about the other items? Exterior and interior walls, plinths, etc.? The KFW only said that if they conduct random checks and the invoices are not proper, then there will be problems. I thought the entire house construction was included? Of course, exterior facilities and kitchen, etc., are not.

Thank you very much

Just take the invoices that belong to the building and the heating technology. Basically, it's already ridiculous because in the end it's all one big pot, but whatever...

Base slab, exterior walls, roof, windows, insulation, heating... Then the money should be gone.

Yes, it is a big pot. Actually, the whole house counts, but you can't really find a proper list either....

You have already described it well yourself. Everything that is relevant to the energy saving ordinance. The entire shell construction, meaning masonry work, concrete work. After that, the 100k€ are already gone.

If it becomes an Energieeinsparverordnung house, it does not matter what the construction status states. It will balance out during the course of the construction. The earthworks will be billed together with the foundation slab. And that is again Energieeinsparverordnung, as it belongs to the house.

It will work out. Heating, pipes, roof, and plaster should of course be included. Clearly, tiles and kitchen etc. not. I think that’s what they mean, so that you don’t pay for such things with it.
